Park Plaza London Waterloo

The hotel is modern and well presented, breakfast was plentiful, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Bed comfy and room clean. I enjoyed the toiletries in the shower, good quality and delightful smell.

The location is great. The fridge was broken in our room, but it was sorted instantly which was impressive. The pool was really cold and the steam room had little steam in it. This was a shame because the facilities are prominently advertised. Admittedly, they were free, but still, a cold pool is pretty bad. Breakfast was pretty pricey and only 'fine'. Still it is a nice looking hotel, in a great location, at a reasonable price, with good staff.

Great location, modern decor and facilities.

We like the room, it was spacious with my 2 toddlers, although after becoming sofa bed, the space becomes narrow, but still room was clean and modern, cleaning was not upto the mark. But we had a really nice stay. I was confused regarding locations before coming here, but its a short walk to london eye, big ben. And a few steps to Lambeth north station Bakerloo line. And bus 453 and other buses runs 24hrs daily. for public transport all over london, this hotel is great.

Our stay at Park Plaza Waterloo in London was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offered everything we could have wished for and more. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made our family stay truly special. Τhe facilities were excellent – we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and spa.The breakfast and meals were outstanding, with plenty of variety and great quality. What really stood out was how family-friendly the hotel felt. Everything was well thought out, and the staff were always welcoming, professional, and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Park Plaza Waterloo to anyone visiting London, whether for a family trip or a relaxing getaway.
