Great staff. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room and hotel amenities were excellent and represented excellent value for money - perhaps a reflection of the hotels location.

The location was really nice and close to Westminster without being in the middle of everything. Overall it ended up much quieter than you would expect for the area. It was a really convenient way to experience the main London attractions while still getting away from the crowds of fellow tourists. The hotel is right across the street from the Lambeth North stop of the Bakerloo line, which connects to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines that will take you all over the city. This was really convenient for us. Waterloo and Westminster are also close by for convenient travel throughout London. The pub across the street is also worth a visit if you are up for it.

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Waterloo Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the nearby street full of restaurants, offering a variety of dining options. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, I found plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easy to get to any part of London, enhancing the overall convenience of my visit. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Plaza Waterloo Hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and the abundance of nearby amenities.

The location of the hotel was nice, a quite area of London not too crazy but centrally located where we could walk to all of the main attractions, Big Ben is less than a few blocks away. Breakfast was very nice, a little expensive but if you purchase when you book it is a lot cheaper. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very pretty, modern amenities.
